Overview

Mr. Seth focuses his practice in intellectual property law and primarily in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications across a variety of technological areas, including telecommunications, computer software, computer hardware (GPU, CPU, drivers, displays, etc.), cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and medical devices.  Having represented many different types of clients, from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Seth understands that each client has unique business goals and strives to obtain the best patent coverage based on these goals.

Experience

Mr. Seth has drafted and prosecuted numerous patent applications and works closely with clients to assist them in developing patent portfolios that suits their own business needs.  He also has experience collaborating with foreign associates in acquiring appropriate protection in foreign jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Leydig, Mr. Seth worked at a general practice firm in New York while attending law school.  In addition to patent prosecution, he also has experience in litigation support for trials.
