Overview

Jeremy is a trial and appellate lawyer with over 20 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in pharmaceutical and medical device patent cases, PTAB proceedings and other complex litigation matters.  A “Recognized Practitioner” by Chambers USA, he is peer rated by Martindale-Hubbell as “AV Preeminent”—its highest possible rating in legal ability and ethical standards.  Jeremy is a member of the Trial Law Institute and Diversity Law Institute and qualifies as Barrister in Order of Certus.

Jeremy’s first chair experience includes:

  • Representing defendants in a multi-billion dollar jury trial (2011)
  • Presenting oral arguments at the Federal Circuit (2010, 2013, 2014)
  • Representing defendants in a patent/antitrust jury trial (2012)
  • Representing plaintiffs in a medical device patent litigation (2013)
  • Representing patent owner at PTAB in an IPR trial (2017)
  • Representing defendant in antitrust and class action multi-district litigation (2018)
  • Representing defendants in pharmaceutical patent trials (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2021)
