Overview

Dr. Feigelson practices in a variety of areas within patent and intellectual property law. He has litigated numerous patent, trade secret and copyright cases spanning a variety of industries, primarily related to computer software and systems.   He has first chair experience at both the district court level and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and has argued at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  In addition to litigation, Dr. Feigelson helps clients—from Fortune 500 to startup–prepare and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO, and provides opinions and counseling related to general intellectual property matters.

After receiving his doctorate, Dr. Feigelson worked as a management consultant in the telecommunications and financial services industries. Prior to joining Leydig, Voit & Mayer in 2003, he worked as an associate at the Boston law firm of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault.
