Supreme Court Rules That An Annotated Version Of Georgia’s State Law Is Not Protected By Copyright.

U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in Georgia v. Public.Resource.Org Inc. that an annotated version of Georgia’s state law is not protected by copyright because the annotations were authored by an arm of the legislature.
