Supreme Court Bars Time-Bar Appeals In PTAB Cases

U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in Thryv Inc. v. Click-to-Call Technologies that decisions by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board on whether an inter partes review petition was timely filed cannot be appealed.
