Leydig, Voit & Mayer is pleased to announce that Mark W. Croll has joined the firm’s Chicago office. Mark recently retired as the Vice President, Intellectual Property, of Illinois Tool Works Inc., a Fortune 200 company, where he was responsible for all IP related activities for the corporation. He holds a J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
