Stephanie M. Lawley of Leydig’s Washington, D.C. office will present at the Journal of International Commercial Law at George Mason School of Law symposium on November 29 from 12:00 – 12:45 pm. The presentation, entitled “EPO Patent Law for US Practitioners,” will provide an introduction to EPO patent law and will discuss best practices for prosecuting patent applications at the EPO. The symposium aims to survey current international patent law and will discuss patent practices in the United States, Japan, Europe and China, as well as Patent Harmonization.
