Dr. Xavier Pillai of Leydig’s Chicago office will speak at the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) of the National Institutes of Health on November 30. Dr. Pillai will provide an overview of the law relating to joint inventorship and provide guidance on how to determine inventorship on patents relating to therapeutic inventions developed by multiple groups of inventors.
