Xavier Pillai of Leydig’s Chicago office will present at the American Chemical Society’s National Meeting on April 3, 2017 in San Francisco, CA. Dr. Pillai’s speech will review important case opinions and address the consequences of naming persons who are not inventors, or omitting the real inventors, on a patent. Additionally, it will touch upon ways to correct the error in naming inventors.
