Justin Ross is an attorney who focuses his practice primarily on trademark and copyright law. Mr. Ross received his JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where he served as Executive Production Editor of the UC Law Journal and President of the Entertainment Law Society. Before joining the firm, he worked as an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in San Francisco, where he worked on a variety of matters, including general litigation, trademark and copyright litigation, and entertainment (music) transactions and litigation.
During law school, Mr. Ross completed internships at the U.S. Copyright Office, the Copyright Alliance, the National Music Publishers’ Association, and several entertainment law firms. Prior to law school, Mr. Ross received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
