Mr. Mueller is involved in all aspects of intellectual property law, primarily patent litigation and counseling. He has represented clients as first and second chair trial counsel in matters involving such diverse technologies as image compression, machine vision, operating systems, PACS, semiconductors, smart card, and video games. He also counsels international companies with large intellectual property portfolios with respect to licensing, open source and related issues.
