Jeremy M. Jay of Leydig’s Washington, D.C. office has been chosen to speak at the IPO Education Foundation’s 25th annual PTO Day on Tuesday, March 10. During the session, he will address the pitfalls and provide tips to improve foreign applications, as well as discuss advantages, the current status and improvements of the Patent Prosecution Highway.
