Thomas P. Canty of Leydig’s Frankfurt office will teach a seminar on best practices for parallel EP & US patent applications in Amsterdam on June 16, together with European patent attorney Dr. Simone Haiber. The course will compare and contrast important differences between EP and US law and focus on best practices for drafting patent claims and applications, and for prosecuting applications through parallel procedures.
