Overview

Max Snow practices patent litigation including inter partes review. Mr. Snow also drafts opinions of counsel, performs pre-investment due diligence, and prosecutes patents related to machine vision, neural networks, blockchain, and medical devices.

Before joining Leydig, Mr. Snow provided intellectual property advice at a large law firm in Chicago and examined patents for the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia.

Mr. Snow received a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a Ruth Wyatt Rosenson Scholar. He graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
