Overview

Ms. Donnelly is experienced in trademark, copyright, and unfair competition counseling.  She has significant experience in inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

Ms. Donnelly represents clients in a wide variety of industries including motor vehicles, aerospace, financial, perfumery, publishing, clothing, food and beverage, household products and security technology.

Before joining Leydig, Ms. Donnelly was a partner at the New York firm of von Maltitz, Derenberg, Kunin, Janssen & Giordano.

Ms. Donnelly was also a Private Sector Advisor to the United States Delegation to the Diplomatic Conference for the Conclusion of the Trademark Law Treaty in Geneva, Switzerland, and a Lecturer at the WIPO Regional Seminar on Trademark Management Strategies for Enterprises in Latin America held in Lima, Peru.
