H. Michael Hartmann to Speak at AIPLA 2010 Mid-Winter Institute
January 27, 2010 - January 30, 2010H. Michael Hartmann, a member in Leydig, Voit & Mayer’s Chicago office, will participate as a speaker at the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s (AIPLA) 2010 Mid-Winter Institute, January 27-30, in La Quinta, California. His presentation, "Litigating Against Acquired Patents," will focus on various defense measures and strategies to minimize the tactical advantages of a non-practicing entity in litigation.
