Principal Issues in U.S. Patent Infringement Suits

Two Leydig, Voit & Mayer attorneys will present comments on U.S. patent infringement suits in a mock trial presentation format in Osaka, Japan, on November 16 in conjunction with Chuo Sogo Law Office, P.C.
Leydig's members, John Kilyk, Jr. (Chicago office), and Jeremy M. Jay (Washington, D.C. office), team up with Naoko Nakatsukasa and Masao Kuniyoshi of Chuo Sogo for the mock trial presentation. The seminar also will include a presentation on U.S. patent application practice and licensing with overseas affiliates and transfer pricing taxation.
