Mr. Wittmann practices law in the field of intellectual property with emphasis in the areas of electrical, computer, software and mechanical engineering. His practice includes litigation, legal opinion and patent preparation and prosecution.

Technologies with which Mr. Wittmann has worked include email systems, Linux kernel network routing, interactive voice response, SAS/SATA connectors, Internet security protocols, network firewalls, electronic file formats, network servers, network address translation devices, software drivers, circuit simulation and verification software, digital imaging, image compression, medical imaging, medical treatment and diagnostic equipment, medical laboratory automation, electronic signaling equipment, gaming metrics, power supplies, integrated circuits, electronic prepress equipment, heat exchangers, liquid crystal displays, air and fluid filters, valves, and drywall.
