Mr. Korniczky has served as trial counsel in numerous patent infringement and intellectual property litigations in the U.S. federal courts. He also has been heavily involved in foreign patent oppositions, and patent litigation in the United Kingdom, West Germany, Japan, and France. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Korniczky is also involved in all phases of domestic and national intellectual property practice, including the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications in numerous technical fields, with primary focus on the mechanical and electro-mechanical arts.
