Mr. Snow is currently involved in several aspects of intellectual property practice, with a primary emphasis on patent and trade secret litigation. He has prepared and prosecuted U.S. and international patents in the chemical arts. He has also prepared legal opinions relating to patent validity and patent infringement. Additionally, Mr. Snow has been involved in technology licensing and in patent interference proceedings.
