John E. Rosenquist

Counsel

Mr. Rosenquist received a B.A. in Chemistry from St. Mary's College in 1961, an M.S. in Chemistry from Creighton University in 1962, and a J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School in 1968. Mr. Rosenquist joined the firm while still attending law school. While involved in all phases of intellectual property practice, Mr. Rosenquist has emphasized his practice in patent infringement litigation in the chemical arts. He is also the author of the article "Attorney Fees," published in the AIPLA Quarterly Journal (1980).
