Mr. Zalewa focuses his practice in U.S. trademark and unfair competition law, including prosecutions and litigation, practicing before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as the federal courts throughout the U.S. His experience includes foreign trademark prosecutions and oppositions, and in counseling clients on such matters, as well as licensing transactions and international trademark protection programs. He also has significant experience in domestic and foreign copyright law and litigation.
