James B. Muskal

Mr. Muskal received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1960, a J.D. degree from DePaul University in 1963, and subsequently acquired full course credits toward an L.L.M. from The John Marshall Law School, Graduate Division, during 1963-65. Mr. Muskal joined the firm in 1963 and has been actively involved in all phases of intellectual property law practice, with considerable involvement in litigation, licensing, opinions, patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, and related areas of trade secret and antitrust law.
