Mr. Van Buskirk is involved in the practice of intellectual property law, assisting with patent prosecution and litigation in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical arts.
Prior to joining Leydig, Voit & Mayer, he worked for several years in the biotechnology industry. His experience includes the performance of quality control assays on biological drug products, the synthesis of custom oligonucleotides, and the administration of an extensive library of chemical compounds.
