Colin Wright
Technical Advisor
Mr. Wright is a technical advisor in the area of mechanical technologies and systems. His primary focus is on global patent prosecution. He also provides assistance with validity and freedom-to-operate opinions, as well as litigation support. His recent work has been in the fields of medical devices, home appliances, optics, media storage, manufacturing and control systems.
Prior to joining Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Mr. Wright worked as a patent agent at an intellectual property law firm in New York while pursuing his Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. His graduate studies focused on thermal fluid sciences and power generation including an investigation of hydrogen-fuelled internal combustion engines.
