Christine M. Cochran

Ms. Cochran is involved in intellectual property practice, with particular emphasis in patent prosecution in the biotechnology and chemical arts. She has prepared and prosecuted U.S. and international patents in the fields of biotechnology, including antibodies and related methods; pharmaceutical technology; and mechanical technologies including medical devices. She also counsels clients on issues of patentability, validity, and infringement. She has experience in adversarial matters including litigation, U.S. interference practice, and European opposition practice. Prior to joining Leydig, Voit & Mayer, she was an associate with Howrey LLP.
