Anne E. NaffzigerMember Ms. Naffziger practices in all aspects of trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, copyright and trade secret law, including trademark clearance and prosecution, policing and enforcement and litigation both in inter parte proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in federal court. She assists clients, from Fortune 100 companies to sole proprietors, with protection of their brands on the Internet, overseeing domain name registration of key marks worldwide and successfully protecting against cyber infringement through policing and enforcement, and transfer of domain names through ICANN arbitrations. She lectures on strategies for protecting against cyber infringement, including a presentation to the Chicago Bar Association. She is also a guest lecturer on Trademark Law at her alma mater, DePaul University College of Law. Ms. Naffziger received a B.A. in business from DePaul University in 1995 and went on to receive a J.D. degree in 1998. While at DePaul University College of Law, she served as president of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the DePaul Moot Court Society, where she won the National Lefkowitz Intellectual Property Competition and the best brief award. Ms. Naffziger is a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International and is active in her local bar association and the International Trademark Association. Professional Affiliations
